wowza, it's been too long.... over a month, in fact!
so here it goes...starting with the oldest pics and working forward :)
nov 12: in los gatos for the stanford/oregon game (something i want to forget!):

[unless, of course, the wife's alma mater is playing the husband's alma mater ;)]):
(obviously, we don't think it's funny to see our child in a "cage,"
but owen seemed to find the pack n play mesh quite amusing [and tasty])

nov. 18: parachute fun at the little gym:
nov 18: first play date with owen's new friend sebastian (and my new friend amy :))!

[and they brought their twin grandsons rocco and vanni..don't you just love those names?!])
and we ran into one of my friends from high school and her family... so fun :))
amy's daughter, avery, was so sweet and was quick to share hugs with owen.
nov 27: putting up christmas lights sunday after thanksgiving!
we bought LED lights and let's just say we're going back to the old school lights next year. i'm glad we have them up but i much prefer the soft white lights to the blue-tinted white LED lights :)
nov. 29: squeezing in a quick trip to home depot for a christmas tree on tuesday
next year, when owen's a year older, we'll go cut a tree down,
but for this hectic season, home depot worked out just fine

dec 3: decorating the tree on saturday.
(notice owen "helping" (i.e., going straight for all those lights :))
taking a stroll down , you guessed it, "christmas tree lane" that night:
(pretty cool... they close the street twice during the holidays so people can walk over a mile down
van ness blvd, which is a block from our house. pretty fun and festive.)

because even though owen has captured our hearts, she'll always be our first baby
